Listening to: AFI-Just Like Heaven
Feeling: aggravated
I finally found the will to raise my eyes...
So, Spirit Week began yesterday. Oh how I loathe this week. I'm still dressing up for a couple days, because anything is better than khaki and polo shirts. Our dumbass principle made a big deal about everyone wearing jeans and t-shirts for patriotic day. What else are we supposed to wear? Some people can't afford to go out and buy statue of liberty costumes just for one school day. This afternoon he actually told the teachers to give their classes a five minute lecture on the definetion of the word "No." Come on, man! I am sorry your wife died, but that is no excuse to vent your hostilities on a school of innocent high school students. Anyway, I can't wait to see Ryan's outfit tomorrow, its cross dress/mis-match day. I'm doing mismatch, as I have nothing to wear for crossdress that is up to Mr. Robertson's standards. Oh well. At least I can hear the AFI cover of "Just Like Heaven," which is AMAZING by the way. Everyone needs to hear it. I can't wait till ICON airs in the US. It will be taped to be watched over and over and over. I would probably write more if it was not 'past my bed time' and I have a wonderful Stephen King novel to get to. "The Waste Lands," part three in the dark tower series. If you ever need a great series to read, you might want to check these out. The story doesn't really pick up until the third book, but it is well worth it. Anyway, I bid thee adieu, and hope your Wednesday is wonderful. Unless you are an ingnorant asshole, in which case I hope you get run over by a mack truck. Goodnight. ^.^
Fight-The Cure
Sometimes there's nothing to feel
Sometimes there's nothing to hold
Sometimes there's no time to run away
Sometimes you just feel so old
The times it hurts when you cry
The times it hurts just to breathe
And then it seems like there's no-one left
And all you want is to sleep
Fight fight fight
Just push it away
Fight fight fight
Just push it until it breaks
Fight fight fight
Don't cry at the pain
Fight fight fight
Or watch yourself burn again
Fight fight fight
Don't howl like a dog
Fight fight
Just fill up the sky
Fight fight fight
Fight til you drop
Fight fight fight
And never never
Never stop
Fight fight fight
Fight fight fight
So when the hurting starts
And when the nightmares begin
Remember
You can fill up the sky
You don't have to give in
You don't have to give in
Never give in
Never give in
Never give in
...and the world was weeping.
whoa shit, are you serious?
Well, the more I listened to it, the better it got, but Robert Smith still owns that song.

Sounds like fun with the mismatch thing! ^.^. I agree AFI's just like heaven cover is INCREDABLE! Stephen King is also a genious. I never get sick of reading his books. Well I hope sleep finds you well sweet dreams!
I just love the video "Personal Jesus". Yes, I finally seen it on Fuse. There are some great pictures on marilyn-manson.net forum. WOW. In the mOBSCENE forum. The show me yours i'll show you mine. Great pics. lol..ttyl/bye--
just wondering....where did this originate? An expression of the futility of hope... i know he said it at the beginning of The Leaving Song Pt. II on Hard Rock Live but is it from something else?
