the name has to fit the animals personality but I have always been a fan of naming animals other animals much like candi's sugestion of "moose" a kitten called fish or parrot is just amusing to me. Or you could go with far out names... my cat is Josiah and my roommates cat is Grizabella (like from the show Catz)
