target="http://www.sitdiary.net/nasteygirl/" works, but that's simply because you don't have a frame called "http://www.sitdiary.net/nasteygirl/"

The proper html way to do it is to have it open in the frame that automaticaly opens up in a new window.

Basicaly, it's like saying "there", and "Their".

They both give the same results when you're talking, but it's gramicaly wrong.
