Upload the background you want into image manager on here and rename it "my_background.jpg or .gif", whichever it is. Make sure "background" is spelled right, I had problems with that when I spelled it as "backround"
To get marquee, put
< marquee>your text here< /marquee>
make sure you take out the spaces after the < arrows. If you need any more help just let me know.
