yeah it is! when you log on theres a link at the top called 'image manager' where you can go to upload images. after you upload an image you can rename it to place it where you want. if you want it as a background you name it my_background.jpg if you want it at the top left title it top_left.jpg
if you want it to be above all comments you make, title it comment_pic.jpg. there's a slot under 'preferences' where u can pick a pic 2 go over entries
