It struck me in the middle night that I needed another character in the story I was writing. Names are always important to me so I have to give this particular character a good name. I thought of what he or she really gave to the story. And then, somehow in my crazy thoughts, I fell upon Maggie Givigs. I started laughing in my sleep about the irony in the name; Ms. Givings. I guess you'd have to know the story to understand. *shrug* Carrie
