<img src= "NAME.jpg or gif"> you can upload a picture to the image manager, or if you see a picture you like on a website, right click it, go to properties and get the URL. if that's too confusing, let me know, and i'll restate it.
i can't write it right because my keyboard is being an ass. but put img src="name.jpg'> and you see the arrow at the end? at the beginning, put an arrow, in the oppisite direction
