alright, i'm new to backgrounds, but it's pretty easy. just get a picture or whatever that you want, and save it. get into your image manager, and upload it. then, rename, and rename it to my_background.jpg or gif or whatever the image previously was. just change whatever it says before the period, to my_background! i hope i can be of some help :)
