Well, it could be many things depending on what you're doing.

1.) some pictures don't upload, for various reasons.

Are your pictures end in .jpg or .gif ?? there can't be

a space in the name of the picture either. or it won't work.

2.) Are you putting the codes in right for the pictures in your entries?

i know you have to use %% before the imagename or url and %% after it too, for a picture

to be put in your entry. seperate pictures for each entries that is.
