off the wall

Word of the Day: wistful As much as I'm sure JD loves his computer, he does break it a whole lot. And reinstalls some sort of operating system every week. Kind of annoying. So we bought a crib the other night, and JD put it all together yesterday while I was at work. We sat on the couch after he was done with the drawer and just looked at it. I imagined how it would be all frilly and babied-up, all soft and beautiful. It was great. Speaking of work, tomorrow will be the ninth day in a row that I've worked without a day off. My feet hurt. We're training a new girl, Amanda, who might do well. Kenneth, the new night auditor, sucks at his job and leaves most of it for the morning crew [namely me] or Velma to do, which I'm getting sort of tired of. I just don't understand why people can't do their jobs, espeically after they've been trained and are able to ask qustions an solve problems on their own. I mean, these people graduated high school. It's just a little frustrating. I bought a new jacket today at Old Navy. It's tres beautiful.

dawww, I can remember one of the first entries of yours I read was about how you were trying to decide whether to buy a certain jacket or not. Then you finally decided on it, and posted a picture for all of us to see how cute it looked on you!

i want it.

NINE DAYS??? I shudder to think of it. If I worked 9 days in a row I would either burn out or crack up. Or both.

Nice, saw the names of two of your entries "ascension" and "philosophy of man" they beckon to be read.
