Genuine Affection

The weekend was really good. Friday night I went to Jhonna and Nick's and had pizza and played Jeopardy (on the computer). Saturday we went to the mall and to see the PSP and then we visited my dad. He showed genuine affection towards me for the first time in a long time. I don't know what happened to make him change but it made me feel accepted and I needed that. So fantastic weekend. Tomorrow I'm going to start hardcore exercising in preparation for summer. This one is going to be my best yet. I guess there's not a whole lot to say. I'm trying to be a little less self-involved and a little more community minded. It's working. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6:23am Oooo, I'm super excited. I just found this kid I was friends with in junior high on myspace. He was super cool and really funny. I also found my Ben Folds Five Whatever and Ever Amen CD, which I listened to religiously in junior high. Too weird. What kind of music did you guys like when you were younger? Anything embarassing?

when i was nine i listened to oasis and the fugees non-stop but thats not too embarrasing...

i saw the spice girls movie and even liked that one annoying song they had, i thought it was really provocative "you gotta get with my friends"... uh huh.

when i was little i was already listening to sonic youth so i was born cool thanks to my dad.

oh wait, i had a crush on justin timberlake when he was in in synch.

ashamed to admit it. i never liked the backstreet boys though and im proud of that, never liked britney spears although i did like a lot of christina aguleria songs but that wasnt even that long ago.

sometimes i still listen to oasis.

first off, ABS glue is used to glue together ABS pipe lines in plumming. i work for a commercial plumming contractor hence the ladder.


second, i listened to smashing pumpkins, garbage, nirvana, hole(before kirt killed himself), and a few punk bands in junior high.


third, i had to yank the glue off my face, it hurt.
